The brakes stick when the tractor warms up.
Cold, the pedals go down/up and the brake rods go up/down.
Warm the pedals go down/up and the brake rods go up
Then, since the brakes are on the tractor doesn't go very well.

I get off, grip the brake rods and firmly push them down, releasese the brakes and off I go no prob until I step on the brake again.

I get around this by using the hydro to stop the tractor. When I release the cruise control, I use the reverse pedal to get the tractor to slow quickly.

Is it a problem of lubrication of the linkage or of the brakes themselves sticking?

I don't want to have to take off the wheel and get inside there.

BTW: 4400 Tractor Hydro 170 hrs
